It’s understandable that you feel overwhelmed with the things going on in your life.
The feelings you are experiencing prevent you from living the full life you want to live.
You may feel a lot of stress, and sometimes feel like you want to give up.
You find yourself feeling :
Stuck
Hopeless
Nervous
Angry
You might think to yourself:
“Most of the interactions I have with others are draining.”
“I often feel disappointed with my performance at work, socially, and other places as well.”
“My life is too overwhelming.”
"Will I ever fit in?"
"I'm not good enough.”
Whether you're seeking healing for the first time or have already tried different paths without success, I'm here to meet you where you are. I work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families, many of whom have faced difficulties in previous therapy or struggled to make progress. Using techniques like paradoxical interventions, I can help break through habitual communication patterns that might be holding you back. With advanced training in Paradox Psychology, I also train other therapists, which allows me to bring a unique perspective to our work. If you've found past therapy ineffective or have been resistant to change, this approach could offer the shift you've been seeking.
What people are saying:
Imagine feeling good, secure, and confident in yourself. Imagine developing a deeper understanding of yourself, your strengths and your challenges. Whether you're seeking help as a couple, family, or individual, I am here to provide you with support and guidance as we navigate through what ever challenges you may be facing, including:
