Eli
Ava & Jordan
Alex
Luca

Eli* always felt like he had to pretend. As a child, he was constantly told to act differently or “be like” someone else. So, he learned at an early age that something about him needed changing.
As the years passed, he still felt like he didn’t really know who he was. He found it impossible to connect with himself, let alone anyone else. In social situations, he did his best to appear happy, comfortable, and carefree. But being around people made him so nervous that it became easier just to stay home alone; meanwhile, each day his life grew smaller and smaller.

Ava* & Jordan* couldn’t stop fighting. They’d been married for years and had built a life together, but somewhere along the way, they forgot how to laugh together or enjoy one another’s company.
Lately, arguments have been growing more intense and difficult to manage. Miscommunication is constant, and both feel increasingly unimportant, disrespected, and alone. They both know that something needs to change, but while Ava wants to face the problems head-on, Jordan is happy to avoid confrontation. It feels like they are at a crossroads, and the future of their marriage hangs in the balance.

Alex* couldn’t control his temper. Without warning, he would have angry outbursts, and his wife and kids usually received the worst of it.
As time went on, he could feel himself becoming the “bad guy” in his family, and he hated it. He was parenting in ways he promised himself he never would. His guilt and resentment seemed to grow by the day, which only made him more irritable, tense, and stressed. It felt as though his whole family was turning against him, and every attempt to alter his behavior seemed to just push them further away. He was so scared of losing them for good, but he felt helpless.

Luca* kept getting into trouble. He’d always been a happy and easy-going child, but around the age of nine, that started to change. He stopped listening to his parents, frequently got into trouble at school, and seemed to have little control over his behavior.
His parents were at their wits’ end. They’d tried everything to get through to him – rewards, punishment, bribing, reasoning – but it was no use. They often found themselves so frustrated that they’d behave in ways they would later regret. Luca felt misunderstood, and his parents felt like they were failing him. Something had to change.

Hi, I’m Naftoli.

I know firsthand what it’s like to struggle. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to build understanding and resilience with the support of others. I’m here to offer you that same support.
At this point, you may not be able to see a light at the end of the tunnel, and have doubts that things can change. However, I promise you that relief is within reach, and together, we can achieve it.
I bring warmth, understanding, empathy, a safe space, and sometimes a bit of humor as well. That’s the kind of environment where I find people can really show up as themselves.
You already possess all the strength, wisdom, and courage you need within you – I can help you tap into it and be a catalyst for the type of change you’re seeking.
It’s time to take the next step. Call me today, and let’s create the life you’ve always wanted.
Eli was tired of just getting through life instead of actually living it. He called me and we began a journey of exploration to understand where his anxiety came from, what it meant, and what it didn’t. Instead of pushing it away, he learned to accept it. Now, he feels confident enough to keep showing up and growing, even if it isn’t always easy.
Ava & Jordan reached out, and through our work together, they learned how to start listening to each other with greater patience and compassion. Jordan was able to stop taking Ava’s attempts to fix things personally, and Ava learned to accept Jordan for who he was, struggles and all. Now, they’re happier than they’ve been in years and are excited for their future together.
Alex called me because he knew something needed to change. In therapy, we worked to build a strong connection, which allowed him to feel safe enough to face the part of himself he used to dislike. Now, he has more control over his anger, is learning new ways to relate to his family, and feels proud of the progress he’s made as a husband and father.
Luca and his mom came to meet with me, and we got started. Together, we explored patterns and family dynamics, working to build a stronger bond and develop new strategies for handling challenging moments. Now, Luca still has that playful twinkle in his eye and loves a little mischief, but he has more control, and his parents know he’s on his way to a bright future.
