The world can be a challenging place to navigate. 


It can often feel like you're stuck running on the hamster wheel of life and feel like we are not progressing. Falling short of goals in life or meeting life goals but still feeling like something is missing.

Many often go around feeling misunderstood.


The root of this could be from a specific cause that happened in the past or something that is not so clear. Feelings of being overwhelmed, nervousness, and a general sense of discomfort become the norm.


I became a therapist because there are so many people in this world who go around in pain and suffer from uncomfortable feelings and challenged relationships.

So many people who feel disconnected and isolated.

People deserve to feel good, deserve to feel confident, deserve to feel more in line with who they are and what they are supposed to accomplish in this world. 


In my years as a therapist, I have developed the belief that every individual possesses the strength to overcome their challenges, and my role is to guide and support you as you connect with your own inner strength.  I have seen that warmth, empathy, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard creates an environment for healing and connection. The Therapeutic Alliance (the relationship between therapist and client) is the key ingredient to successful work.
